The subconscious mind starts becoming active few minutes before we fall off to sleep… And 5-10 minutes after waking up… Here are powerful tips for both these times:
After waking up!
Immediately after waking up, create the following thoughts in sequence (7 times):
Either Hindi or English
Hindi – मैं मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान हूँ *… निर्भय हूँ… भगवान् मेरे साथ है… सब कुछ अच्छा होगा
English – I’m Master Almighty *… Fearless… God is with me… Everything will be good

- सर्वशक्तिमान or Almighty, since God is All-Powerful
Before going to bed!
And before going to bed to sleep, would be recommended to sit (maybe on some writing table) & write down (using pen & paper) those thoughts 30 times or more
