I remain careful at every step… Always mindful i.e., in the present moment ?… Tactful (i.e., creative) in solving problems for all… Always caring, merciful & thoughtful… Am everyone’s faithful! ?

My 1st experience with Rajyoga Meditation ?

A. The 1st time I practised Rajyoga Meditation (after learning it on TV ?) i.e, the 1st time I considered myself a peaceful soul ✨ & remembered the Ocean ? of Peace (& likewise for Love, Happiness & Power)… I kept experiencing a powerful current ⚡ of these divine virtues ? from the ☝? Supreme… This made me realize that the whole world today is running for peace, love & joy; & I’m experiencing these in a second ? & through a single thought ?️ with Rajyoga.. Surely, no one except God can teach this!

This started my journey with Rajyoga, & it’s been a lovely ❤️ journey of 10 years ? with the Supreme Companion… Yes, many physical challenges have come basis past accounts; but was able to face with stability & happiness, & continued to keep smiling ?, empowered to share goodness with all!
