Becoming a child once again | Happy Children’s Day Speech

14th November is Children’s Day. Hence, wish all of you children of God a very Happy Children’s Day!

Becoming a child!

Many of us grown-ups express the desire to become a child once again. The great news is that we can easily become so, since being a child is more about experiencing the qualities of a child rather than physical age. Hence, by inculcating the same qualities as a child, we can easily experience being a child once again!

A child has numerous wonderful qualities:

  • Most children are very pure, innocent, soul-conscious; hence even unknown children attract us
  • They’re so pure & innocent they don’t even know what anger, hurt, etc is
  • It’s said a child smiles 300 times a day
  • They enjoy even little things in life like nature, birds, water movements, etc
  • Even on having a fight with other children, they very quickly forgive & forget, and start playing together once again
  • A child has no fear; even if you throw them above, they’ll keep enjoying in the full faith you’ll catch them
  • A child is always open to learn new things

When we consider ourselves a child (baccha), we remain protected (bache rahenge) from numerous matters!

Being God’s child!

All of us souls are children of the Supreme. Hence, let’s remain in the awareness of this elevated self-respect point ‘I am God’s child’ the whole day today. This has numerous benefits:

  • As are the Parent’s qualities, so are the child’s. Hence being children of the Ocean of Peace Love & Happiness, we remember we’re also originally a very pure divine peaceful loving & happy soul!
  • Many times, as is the Parents’ occupation, so is that of child. Hence, being children of the World Benefactor, we’re also inspired to keep serving all in numerous ways; sharing smiles, sweet words, good wishes, help & co-operation, caring sharing & inspiring, etc
  • The child has a right over everything the Parent has, hence everything that God has automatically belongs to us i.e., all His knowledge virtues & powers… Hence, rather than asking, let’s just take everything by connecting to Him!
  • A child has no worries about school fees, etc… Similarly, in the loving canopy of God, we remain free from all worries!
  • A child naturally remembers his parents without efforts… Hence, this awareness of being God’s child helps us remain in God’s sweet, loving remembrance always
  • Even a child of minister, celebrity, etc has a lot of pride in being so. Hence, being children of the Highest, we should definitely experience the highest level of happiness always!
  • He gives us imperishable jewels of spiritual knowledge to play with, churning which we experience supersensuous joy
  • We remain free from ego, since we remember all our specialities are a gift from God
  • A good child is always obedient, hence we’ll follow God’s elevated directions which makes our life most elevated
  • Being royal children, we don’t get dirty in the dirt of impure practices, body-consciousness, etc
  • We remember everyone else are also children of God, hence emerging a natural sense of unity (since we’re all brother souls) & also making our words & behaviour with others very sweet & royal
  • Even family & relatives are children of God. Hence, rather than getting heavy with the burden of responsibilities, we just need to take care by remaining like a trustee, very light in the faith that He’s the one who takes care!… Hence, actually making us better & effortlessly fulfill our responsibilities
  • This awareness of being God’s child, doesn’t allow us to experience ageing / old age!
  • Let’s make our state of mind & character so elevated that our Supreme Father‘s name is illuminated… Hence, let everyone remember God by looking at us i.e., jiski rachna itni sundar, vo kitna sundar hoga, If the creation is so beautiful, how beautiful will the Creator be!

Conclusion (Happy Children’s Day Speech)

Hence, by remaining in the awareness of being God’s child, let’s remain connected to our Supreme Parent hence in the experience of our rightful inheritance of peace love & happiness always, thereby also automatically sharing these with all. In this way, we start coming closer & closer to God, hence eventually getting transformed completely from humans to deities, thereby also transforming the world outside from Kaliyuga to the divine land Satyuga once again!

Om Shanti!

Spiritual Significance of Diwali | Happy Diwali Wishes

Spiritual Significance of Diwali | Happy Diwali Wishes imageSpiritual Significance of Diwali | Happy Diwali Wishes

Diwali is the festival of lights, with everyone lighting diyas, lamps & lanterns at their homes. Hence, let’s also ignite the light of knowledge within, which dispels the darkness of sorrow & allows us to remain happy always, by reminding us that:

  • We’re originally a very pure, divine, peaceful, loving, happy soul… Hence, we don’t need to run after these virtues outside, just need to remain in this elevated self-awareness for their experience to flow through us
  • We get God’s accurate introduction i.e., He’s an Incorporeal soul, Ocean of all Virtues. This enables us to instantly connect to Him anytime, thus experience a powerful current of His pure energy & vibrations of peace love & happiness. This acts like recharging of our battery, which makes everything easy
  • Thoughts of the past fail to pull our happiness down, since we realize that every scene of this world drama is accurate (being just a return of past karma), beneficial (even if the benefit may be hidden) & nothing new

Diwali is followed by the New Year, hence it’s also the occasion of newness where we’ll purchase new things. However, since the impact of physical things on the mind is very temporary, let’s also inculcate newness in our thoughts beliefs responses & habits. Since it’s this newness which leads to a permanent benefit in the lives of us & those around us, hence truly making our new year prosperous. Indeed this new year, let’s join a new relation with the Supreme, which’ll fill us with beautiful experiences, making our entire life new & wonderful!

Diwali is the time of celebration, when we lovingly visit each other’s homes, distribute & eat sweets, share gifts, burst firecrackers, visit the temple, get a holiday, etc. Hence,

  • To truly celebrate life, let’s emerge the attitude of gratitude, and thank each & every person & object for their invaluable role in our life. Indeed, let’s also thank challenges & situations for making us strong
  • Let’s spread sweetness through our words… By keeping in awareness others’ virtues & specialities, help & support while speaking
  • Share the gift of good wishes with all, and forget past matters held against others
  • Like when we visit a temple, we first remove our shoes then apply tilak then worship God…. Similarly, let’s remove the influence of body-consciousness (shoes), by considering ourselves a soul (apply the tilak of self-awareness), and this soul-consciousness instantly connects us to God, filling us with His powers, hence fulfilling all our hopes & aspirations, making our life a celebration
  • Diwali is also called Shubh Diwali… Hence let’s make this holiday a holy day, where we think & listen to only pure & divine matters

We usually clean our house before worshipping Goddess Lakshmi on Diwali. Hence, let’s also clean our mind to invoke the divinity within. Indeed, let’s remove any clouds of negativity, to make the sun of virtues shine again.

The festival of Diwali follows the festivals of Navratri & Dussehra. Hence, only when we first win over the weaknesses (Ravan) within, by emerging our inner powers (Shaktis) through meditation, our life becomes a celebration (Diwali) with newness (New year) all around!

The word diya itself means to give, hence let’s keep giving to all. Further, like the diya consists of a flame & earthen vessel, we’re also souls (flame) in this physical body (earthen vessel). Hence, when we remain in this elevated awareness & experience of our original virtues, we automatically keep giving in numerous ways:

  • An elevated state of mind automatically radiates elevated vibrations all around, leading to harmony in relations & a beautiful atmosphere around
  • What we experience inside is what we share with others. Hence when we’re experiencing our original virtues, we automatically share smiles & sweet words, encourage & appreciate, etc
  • It emerges the feeling that everyone should benefit from what I’ve received, hence making us share our spiritual knowledge, experiences & attainments with all, inspiring their elevated transformation too

By giving we get blessings from all, which helps us easily maintain an elevated stage without efforts, hence truly making life a celebration for us & everyone around.

Although diyas are available in different colors shapes & sizes, their flame is the same. Similarly, we may be different in terms of the body (age, gender, caste, language, nationality, position, achievements, etc) but as souls we’re one (being children of the same Supreme Father, having the same original virtues of peace love & joy, sharing the same home, etc). This emerges a natural feeling of unity & closeness with all.

Many of us will create a beautiful colorful rangoli outside our homes. Similarly, let’s make our life also full of the divine colors of virtues & powers, which’ll reflect through our sparkling smiling face & elevated character, delighting all.

Conclusion (Happy Diwali Wishes)

God reveals Diwali is symbolic of the 1st day of Satyuga, where there’s the light of 100% purity & divinity all around, where each day is a festival & each moment a celebration… Hence, let us too ignite the diya of soul-consciousness within by filling ourselves with the oil of spiritual knowledge & by connecting to the ever-shining flame God, this’ll keep emerged the experience of original virtues within us always. Further, like 1 diya illuminates several other diyas around, we’ll become instrumental in transforming the lives of numerous souls around us, hence helping create Satyuga again!

Om Shanti!

Easy Tips for enhancing Emotional Health | Speech on World Health Day | Happy World Health Day Slogans

A version of this article was also published in ‘The World Renewal‘ magazine!

7th April is World Health Day, & 10th October is World Mental Health Day.. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines Health as a state of complete physical, mental & social well-being… i.e., not just physical but also mental well-being!

These days, we are very much aware of the importance of physical health, today’s let’s ensure the same attention on emotional health too… Since it’s the mind which studies, works, interacts with relations & does everything for us 24×7; & also strongly influences physical health.

How?

Keeping the mind healthy is very easy. Like how to care for the body, we need the right diet & exercise. Similarly, to care for the mind, we just need the right diet of pure information and the exercise of meditation daily, even 15-20 minutes daily is enough!

And indeed, the mind is just like a little child. If anytime, it starts crying i.e., creates negative emotions like stress, worry, etc, just take a minute to withdraw from work, talk with it, resolve the issue using knowledge & get back to work!… This ensures the mind remains stable, content & happy throughout the day, which also reflects in all our work & interactions.

Making it even easier!

Going slightly deeper, the word healthy means heal thy i.e. heal the self. Indeed, if we remain in the awareness of our true identity i.e., that I am a pure, divine, peaceful, loveful, happy being even while doing everything outside, this raises our frequency much higher above ordinary waste thoughts, hence not only keeping us healthy inside, but also full of purity, energy, bliss & joy!

And further, remaining connected to God, the Ocean of Peace Love & Bliss, keeps us filled with these powerful qualities, benefitting not only us, but all others around, transforming the world outside!

Om Shanti!
